Before we undertake any work for you, we will identify the work which will be carried out, the likely cost and our terms. During the progress of the work you will be provided with estimates for additional work required. We can tailor our fee structure depending on the nature of the work. Our fee structures include: Hourly rates: The rate of charge for each GD professional is identified before work is commenced. Fixed fees: An agreed fee is negotiated in advance. Event costing: Fees are agreed in advance for stages of work and payment is required on the successful completion of each stage. Retainers: A lump sum is paid for an agreed amount of work. Extra work is charged at our hourly rates. No win no pay: You pay the disbursements. If you are unsuccessful in your claim we will not charge you for the work we carry out.  Our clients expect that services will be provided efficiently and economically with fairness, impartiality and integrity. We operate a Novell network and utilise Groupwise for our e-mail. Clients can contact any member of the GD team at their individual e-mail address. Our lawyers and clients can obtain direct confidential access to GD resources from any PC that has internet access. Our lawyers can access your documents from any location provided there is access to a PC which can surf the Net. Our firewall regulates security and ensures confidential access to documents.
